Here's how it works:
Your security system transmits alarm signals securely to our monitoring center via cellular or internet connections. Signals are automatically processed in order of priority - medical, fire and panic. Highly-trained operators handle each individual alarm.
Upon receiving an alarm, our operators will make two calls in an attempt to verify the alarm. To cancel an alarm, a subscriber simply gives their pass-code. If there is no answer or the operator is unable to obtain a valid cancel code they will proceed to dispatch the proper responding authorities to the premise.
Once authorities have been dispatched, our operators will attempt to notify someone on your contact list. This entire process is time date stamped and voice logged for review if necessary.
